My name is Colby Mangan, a Jacksonville native since 1997. 

I am a four year letterman for Mandarin High football and played one year collegiately at Southeastern University. I then went on to graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in Business. 

I'm passionate about helping people grow their wealth through homeownership and empowering them to make the most of their financial future. From 2021 onward, I've been dedicated to leveraging my knowledge of mortgages so that others can succeed at meeting their homeownership goals. I strive to offer full transparency and cooperation to accomplish my clients goals.  My skills lie in clear communication, providing knowledge on the mortgage process, and reciprocation. My family is always my priority and the center of my motivation to accomplish my own goals, and you'll find that when working with me I treat you as if you were my own family.  Connecting with people is a huge part of my personality and being able form a bond over acquiring a mortgage is something I like to make effortless for everyone.
